MERCASOL 5
Mercasol 5 is a fast-drying, rubber and alkyd resin-based rust protection with excellent adhesion. It is resistant to road salt and other chemicals that may occur on the road surface, and is also resistant to degreasing agents.
Mercasol 5 is particularly suitable for visible areas, such as front panels and sill boxes, as well as a primer for treating stone chips and similar minor rust damage. Mercasol 5 stone chip protection spray provides a matte surface that can be maintained or painted over. It is relatively heat resistant,< 100°C.

Treatment
The surface must be cleaned of rust, dirt, salt, and oil before treatment. Use Mercasol 1 as a primer on open surfaces and in cavities, joints, and similar areas before applying Mercasol 3 or 3 AL. The material should be applied indoors between +15 - +25 °C. We recommend using a spray gun for 1-liter bottles, while spray bottles are applied with the included spray nozzle.
