MERCASOL 5
Mercasol 5 is a solvent-based, abrasion-resistant coating formulated with rubber and fillers. It provides long-lasting protection against stone chips and mechanical wear. The product is resistant to road salt and other chemicals commonly found on road surfaces, as well as to degreasing agents.
<Mercasol 5 is particularly suitable for visible areas such as front panels, rocker panels/sills, and as a primer when treating stone chips and other minor corrosion damage. Mercasol 5 stone chip protection leaves a matte finish that can either be retained as is or painted over. It also offers good heat resistance, up to 100°C.

Treatment
The surface must be cleaned of rust, dirt, salt, and oil before treatment. Use Mercasol 1 as a primer on open surfaces and in cavities, joints, and similar areas before applying Mercasol 3 or 3 AL. The material should be applied indoors between +15 - +25 °C. We recommend using a spray gun for 1-liter bottles, while spray bottles are applied with the included spray nozzle.
