Rust Protection
Auson are specialists in environmentally compatible quality products for rust proofing for the vehicle industry, among others. The rust proofing range includes solvent-borne standard products, high-solid products, products entirely without solvents and waterborne products. The rust proofing concept has been developed in close cooperation between our customers and our laboratory. Today most establishments use solvent-free products which are environmentally friendly and at the same time do not compromise with regard to rust proofing.

NOXUDOL 750
Noxudol 750 is a chemically active anti-corrosive compound with low surface tension, based on mineral oil, waxes, rust inhibitors and solvents. After drying it forms a waxy, moisture repellent surface. Because of the low surface tension it possesses good penetrating ability as well as the displacement of any moisture that may be present.
GEVEGUARD 613 ENG
Transparent blend of waxes in a solution of aliphatic naphtha with good adhesion and corrosion-protective properties.
NOXUDOL 248
Noxudol 248 is a thixotropic anti-corrosion fluid that dries to forms a light brown, elastic and waxy surface, which feels neither tacky nor gummy. In addition it provides a degree of mechanical protection.
NOXUDOL ACTION 4
Dissolves and prevents corrosion. Effective against damp distributor points. Lubricates, cleans and maintains electrical contacts. Lubricates in hard-to-reach places. Loosens hardstuck bolts.
NOXUDOL ZINK SPRAY
Noxudol Zinc Spray for the car, the boat and the household. The product provides rust protection of the same type as hot galvanization. The zinc layer protects the steel surface electrochemically. Noxudol Zinc Spray contains more than 90 percent zinc by weight in dry layer.

MERCASOL TRANSPARANT ML
Mercasol Transparent ML is a solvent borne, well penetrative rust protective material. The product is based on wax, sulfonate and oil and has very beneficial long-term anti corrosion attributes. It is approved accordingly with SS 18 65 11. Mercasol Transparent ML has lower contents of solvents compared to similar products. The product is partly drying oxidative.
NOXUDOL 705-5
Noxudol 705-5 is a solvent free rust preventive product. Low viscosity binding compounds and additives have been used to make it possible to apply the product at room temperature. It forms after drying a soft, anti corrosive film.
NOXUDOL 720
Noxudol 720 is a thixotropic, waterborne rust preventive product which after drying forms a soft grease similar film. The product is in-tended for customer with special demands for penetration and is drip free 20 minutes after application.
NOXUDOL 700
Noxudol 700 is a rust preventive product free from solvents and provides 3-4 times more penetration and better creepage for joints and cavities compared with conventional products. Low viscosity binding compounds and additives have been mixed to enable application at room temperature. The material forms a soft waxy, strongly hydro fob corrosive protecting film.
NOXUDOL 702
Noxudol 702 is a solvent free rust preventive two-pack coating product. It is based on rust inhibitors, liquid paraffins and additives. Noxudol 702 consists of a component “A” and component “B” where component “B” only forms 3-6% of the end product. The material forms a soft, vaselin similar rust protecting film.

MERCASOL 2
Mercasol 2 is a solvent borne (aliphatic naphtha) penetrating clear transparent corrosion protection agent which leaves a completely dry and tack free surface. Based on wax and sulphonate it gives good protection properties during long periods of time.
MERCASOL 827
Mercasol 827, which is approved according to SS 18 65 11, is a solvent borne (aliphatic naphta) well penetrating corrosion protection fluid, based on wax, sulphonate and is partly oxidative drying. It has very good corrosion protection properties during long periods of time. Mercasol 827 contains considerably less solvent than comparable products. The product has been compatibility tested with the most of the vehicle brands different corrosion protection systems.
MERCASOL 831 ML
Mercasol 831 ML, which is approved according to SS 18 65 11, is a solvent borne well penetrating corrosion protection fluid, based on wax, sulphonate and oil. The material holds very good corrosion protection properties during long periods of time. A considerable amount of the composition of Mercasol 831 ML consists of renewable raw materials.
MERCASOL 847 AL
Mercasol 847 AL, which is approved according to SS 18 65 12, is a solvent borne (aliphatic naphta), wear resistant underbody corrosion protection agent, based on bitumen, wax and resin and has very good corrosion protection properties over a long period of time.
NOXUDOL 900
Noxudol 900 is a thixotropic, chemically stabilized product consisting of bitumen, waxes, rust inhibitors and solvents. The product is used on the underside of the vehicle and offers preventive rust protection and reliable abrasion protection.
NOXUDOL AUTO-PLASTONE
Auto-Plastone is a rubberized bitumen compound in paste form. The material acts preventively against rust attacks, giving a reliable abrasion resistance and a high sound deadening effect at the same time. Auto-Plastone maintains its elasticity for a long time irrespective of temperature conditions.
NOXUDOL UM-1600
Noxudol UM-1600 is a highly thixotropic, fiber-reinforced product. The product comprises bitumen, waxes and low aromatic solvents. A thicker layer also produces a good sound damping effect.
NOXUDOL 1100
Noxudol 1100 is a waterborne abrasion protection for car wheel arches and underbodies with excellent anti-corrosion properties. The material has very good adhesive properties and is hardwearing.
NOXUDOL 300
Noxudol 300 is a solvent free thick bodied anti corrosive, thixotropic and chemical rust preventive product enhanced with rust protective infusions.
NOXUDOL 900 D
Noxudol 900 D is a thixotropic, chemically stabilized product consisting of bitumen, waxes, rust inhibitors and solvents. The product is used on the underside of the vehicle and offers preventive rust protection and reliable abrasion protection.
NOXUDOL BODY
Noxudol Body is a fast drying, gum- and alkyd-based rust protecting compound with very good adhesion. Noxudol Body is resistant to salt and other frequently occurring road chemicals and furthermore resistant to degreasing agents.
MERCASOL 845
Mercasol 845 which is approved according to SS 18 65 12, is a solvent borne, well penetrating corrosion protection for car underbody. The material is based on bitumen, wax and harts. It has very good corrosion protection properties during long period of time. The attributes of the material prevents the corrosion protection to wear out.
MERCASOL 845 AL
Mercasol 845AL is meant for professional corrosion protection treatment of the underbody of vehicles where a lighter bronze coloured surface is desired.When priming on open surfaces before application of Mercasol 845AL the primary material recommendation is Mercasol 831ML.
MERCASOL 845 D
Mercasol 845 D is a fast drying rust proofing material for the underbody. While conventional corrosion products have a drying time of approximately 5 hours or more the drying time of Mercasol 845 D is only 1 hour.
MERCASOL 3 & 3 AL
Mercasol 3 and Mercasol 3 AL are black and bronze colored respectively. Mercasol 3 qualities are solvent borne (aliphatic naphtha), wear resistant underbody corrosion protection agents, based on bitumen and wax. The product has very good corrosion protection properties over a long period of time.
MERCASOL 4
Stone chip and abrasion-resistant rust protection based on bitumen, waxes and resins. The product provides effective protection for a long time.
MERCASOL 5
Provides full protection against stone chips and rust attacks on the vehicle's exposed parts for a long time. Can be painted over with most car paints.
